When you make an appointment with Leigham Practice, we reserve time for you that no one else can take. We, in common with all other reputable providers of health care services, operate a 24 hours’ Cancellation Policy, where we charge the FULL FEE for appointments altered, changed, cancelled, or simply missed, with less than 24 hours’ notice for any reason, including self-isolation.

This policy is to protect the livelihood of our therapists, who do not get paid when appointments are missed, and to protect our business from the devastating effects of missed appointments.

By booking, you agree to accept this policy, should misfortune or poor health prevent you attending.
